Rox Baseball Home Opener Weekend (May 31-June 1)

The St. Cloud Rox announced their complete 70-game schedule for the 2024 season, including the home opener on Friday, May 31st at 7:05 pm against the Duluth Huskies at Joe Faber Field. The home opener will feature post-game fireworks presented by Coborn’s. The June 1 game will start at 6:05 pm and is an Umbrella giveaway night to the first 300 fans. Drag, Disney, and Desserts Drag Show (June 1)

Join Rainbow Wellness Collective for an afternoon with the princes, princesses, and villains from the SCSU drag troupe and other local drag artists, along with some great bake sale treats and hot cocoa bar. This event is a great start to June Pride month!! Everyone is welcome.

A Day To Remember with special guests The Story So Far and Four Year Strong! (June 6)

A Day To Remember’s ‘The Least Anticipated Album Tour’ is coming to Waite Park, The Ledge Amphitheater on June 6 at 6:00pm, and they’re bringing along special guests The Story So Far and Four Year Strong. TIckets are on sale online or at the box office at The Ledge Amphitheater.

Summertime by George

What has become one of the most beloved summer traditions in St. Cloud, Summertime by George is a great way to enjoy live music on a beautiful summer night! Come out to the stage at Lake George in downtown St. Cloud every Wednesday evening from 5pm-9pm for local music plus great food vendors, shopping, a beer garden for the grown ups, and even activities for kids. The opening acts take the stage at 5pm, and the headliners at 6:30pm, and all shows are free to attend. Don’t forget your lawn chair and/or picnic blanket and arrive early to save your spot! Summertime by George runs June 19- August 14, 2024 with a break week happening on 7/3/24. The June line up includes: Harper’s Chord + Mason Dixon Line (June 19), Pandemic + Fred Savage & The Unbeatables (June 26)

Rock the Riverside

Newly opened in Sauk Rapids, The Clearing is a picturesque amphitheater that lies on the banks of the Mississippi River. Available for private event bookings, it is also home to the free weekly summer concert series called Rock the Riverside (part of Riverside Nights) every Thursday evening in the summer. Rock out with a variety of local artists, with the opening acts starting at 5:30 and the headliners at 7pm. Plus, check out the food vendors and enjoy the scenic view of the Mighty Mississippi for a perfect summer evening. Rock the Riverside runs June 6 – September 5, 2024. The June line up includes: Andy Austin + Mallrats (June 6), Wayside + Rough House (June 13), The Soupbones + Swamp Donkey (June 20), Todd Michael Jameson + Gen X Jukebox (June 27).

Music in the Gardens

Hosted every other Sunday in the summer, Music in the Gardens takes place in Munsinger Gardens (the lower gardens) along the banks of the Mississippi. It is a family-friendly free concert for all to enjoy, with great local music and of course a Sunday afternoon spent in the beautiful gardens. The concert starts at 3pm and there are root beer floats available for purchase onsite. Great for kids and families or a low-key date, Music in the Gardens is a great way to cap off a weekend in St. Cloud! Music in the Gardens is June 9 – August 18, 2024. The June line up includes: Dennis Warner and the D’s (June 9), Gathering Wool (June 23).

Waite Park Family Fun Fest (June 10-14)

The Waite Park Family Fun Fest is June 10-14 and is in its 58th year! Activities include Medallion Hunt, Plant Sale, a kid’s day featuring touch a truck, inflatables, face painting, kiddie parade, bike rodeo, and more, Quarry tours, music in the park welcoming Honey Badgers and Riverside Rockets to the stage, Grand Day parade, and more. St. Cloud’s Annual Juneteenth Celebration (June 14)

Join Higher Works Collaborative in celebrating the 28th Annual Juneteenth Celebration at Lake George Municipal Park! This year’s celebration theme is Rooted in Resilience. We will give honor to our Local Pillars; we will acknowledge their strengths and accomplishments within the St. Cloud community. Activities will include vendor markets, Hoop it Up tournament, Grill Off competition, live performers, food vendors, and more.

Welcome to the first of this year’s Summer Movie Singalongs! Join us once a month in June, July & August to enjoy a much-loved musical movie from the past. 80’s sing-along at Back Shed Brewery (June 22)

We are heading back to the ’80s for an evening! Join Back Shed Brewery for an ’80s themed sing-along where you can jam out to some of your favorite tunes. Song books will be provided and the brewery will be pouring! Come dressed in your best ’80s attire, songs go from 6-9pm.

Granite City Days (June 27-30)

Granite City Daysis a four-day festival celebrating the history and culture of St. Cloud, Minnesota. The festival features a variety of events, including:

Thursday – June 27

The Lemonade art fair will take place from 11 a.m.-7:00 p.m. followed by the Granite City Days Opening Ceremony from 7:00-7:30 p.m. in Ritsche Auditorium before a performance featuring the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra from 7:30-8:30 p.m. in Ritsche Auditorium inside Stewart Hall.

Friday – June 28

The Liberty Block Party is sure to be a great time for all! Held on the Southwest side of Whitney Park. Come early to get good parking and don’t forget your lawn chair if you’d like a place to sit! The Liberty Block Party runs 5-10pm.

Saturday – June 29

  • Chalk the Block 12-2pm
  • Stearns History Museum 40th Anniversary open house and exhibit opening 1pm-3pm.

St Cloud Aerial – Cirque Du Cloud Live! (June 28)

We are pleased to welcome St Cloud Aerial – Cirque Du Cloud to Iron Street Distillery on June 28 from 6-9pm. Come sip a co*cktail and watch aerialists perform right in the distillery! This will be a free event! No tickets necessary. Seating will be first come-first served.

An Evening with Dark Star Orchestra (June 28)

Show starts at 6:30pm at The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park. Dark Star Orchestra is a Grateful Dead cover band formed in Chicago, Illinois. They serve now as a international touring tribute band to the rock group the Grateful Dead. Since 1997, the band has been “celebrating the Grateful Dead concert experience.”
